With over 20 years of experience leading digital transformation and IT innovation, Jocar brings deep expertise bringing more than two decades of leadership in technology transformation, cybersecurity, and strategic IT operations. 

Jason joined the Sunrise team in October 2018, after a 20-year career in the automotive and commercial vehicle industries. Jason has worked to standardize Sunrise’s Fleet and Maintenance practices through vendor consolidation and leveraging technology to aid in diagnostics and fleet management.

Shelitha is a human resource executive with over 20 years of responsible and progressive experience in human resource strategy and leadership. Most recently, Shelitha served as Senior Director of Human Resources for the Cook County Sheriff’s Office, responsible for leading the overall human resource strategy for over 7300 employees, global talent acquisition, leadership development, DE&I, organizational design, cultural development, employee training and development, benefits, HR operations, and employee relations.

Don is a is an Operations Leader with 20+ years of experience in operations, logistics, corporate strategy, labor relations and people development. Don joined Sunrise in January 2025 and his primary focus is customer service, operational excellence, safety and team engagement.

Maya Glinberg is the Chief Financial Officer at Sunrise Transportation, where she leads all aspects of the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. With more than two decades of experience in finance Maya brings a steady hand and strategic mindset to the organization’s growth and operations.
